First Day of School!!

Today was the girls first day of school. They are going to the little Methodist church Pre-School on Monday's from 9-1. They actually went one day last week for a couple of hours as a transition day.

So, this morning we packed up our Elmo backpacks and headed off!!

They did great on the drop off. Kaiden froze a little when she saw her teacher but went right in to play with the playdough. Kenedi was mad because she wanted to go down the hall and play with the cow!! So she was throwing a little tantrum when I left. Hopefully they are having fun!!

So, mommy's home now counting the seconds until she can go pick them up!!!!

WAY WAY too busy!!

We have been so busy lately it's been CRAZY. I worked volleyball camp last week and this week and squeezed in my brother's amazing wedding in between and went and visited Aunt Dana the weekend before. We have had a blast but we are glad to be home now and the girls are ready for mommy to be home again. Kaiden was beginning to start crying anytime I put on my shoes. That's how much I've been gone.

Anyways, here are the pictures!!

Here are the girls posing outside the hotel.

Kenedi and Mommy strolling through town eating la raspa.

Staci and Kaiden (can you tell she's having a blast?)

I know this is blurry but it's my favorite picture!!
Grandma, Grandad and the girls at the Alamo.

The best part of staying in a hotel... Pushing the elevator button and RUNNING as fast as you can away when the doors open. How much fun is that? What is this Mommy? It's awesome!! Why aren't there any in our house?

The family at rehearsal on Friday night!!

Kenedi at rehearsal. Check out that bow!!!!!!! My friend Holly made it!! She rocks!! Check out her website www.sassysweetboutique.com

The Greatest Show on Earth

I know it's been way too long... Sorry!! We took the girls to the circus on Saturday. This was one of those little things that would make me depressed when we were struggling with infertility. I would see the commercials on TV and think would I ever get to take my kids there? So, I made Jeff take me one year as you can imagine he was more than thrilled and I haven't heard the end of it to this day!!

So, we have kids now and WE ARE GOING!!!!!!!!!!! The girls had a great time. They loved the horses and the elephants. Kaiden sat super still and watched almost everything. Kenedi on the other hand, God love her, was constantly moving. Not so much that she was distracting anyone just moving!! Kaiden also decided she wanted popcorn. Not sure how she knew what it was but she would YELL please when she saw the stripped box and would try to pick it up off the group whenever she saw some. So, I justified that purchase by telling myself that every other mother at the circus had to be breaking some cardinal parenting rule so why not us!! (Now that I think back I'm pretty sure I can thank my Uncle Johnny for the popcorn because he was sneaking it to them at the zoo on Mother's Day). How do they remember EVERYTHING?

Enjoy the pics!!

Zack's in charge of the girls in line!!

Mommy and her girls checking out the elephants.

What a view... it's nice to have a ginormous daddy!! Isn't it Kaiden?

Hanging out on the elephant platform!!

Very serious Circus watching baby!!

Not so serious but super cute!!

A girl and her popcorn... parents of the year!!

Intermission was their favorite part. We found an empty section where they could run around and chase Daddy. They were laughing so hard. The security guard like his entertainment!!

Happy 4th of July!!

The girls attended their second 4th of July parade this morning. We walked with The Woodlands Mother's of Multiples group. We had 8 sets of twins, 3 sets of triplets and 1 set of quads plus some singleton siblings!! We were so lucky that the weather held out for us it was perfect!!

Getting ready for the parade...

Our wagon decorations won us second place (within our group)!! YEAH!!

We ended up pulling an empty wagon and carrying the girls because they were getting mad because their feet were touching. (She's touching me... something like that!) That led to pulling on each other's dresses and biting attempts.

But we had fun as usual. And it started raining as soon as we closed the doors on the van to drive home!!
