Everyone should have a Jordan
Who is Jordan you are asking? An angel if you ask me! She is my cousin (well 2nd cousin but who cares right?) her sister, Staci, is the girls godmother. Her grandmother is my godmother too!! Confused ? Anyway, Jordan was in town visiting Staci who just moved here and started her new job and I jumped at the chance for her to come stay with me this week. Jeff was in Florida all week and I had a volleyball camp to work. It's not often you have a babysitter with twin experience. "Her twins" are almost exactly one year older than the girls. They are her cousins on her Dad's side and she claims those as her own since Staci gets to claim this set! So, Jordan came on Sunday and just left today! Wow is all I can say! She is so sweet and kind but LOADS of fun and expects the girls to act right too! The girls had the best time and Jordan got her taste of the CRAZINESS! It was an interesting week to say the least. ...
Playing with their American Girl dolls...
Watching Disney movies....
Painting toenails..... purple and pink in case you are wondering.
Making a train with Kenedi...

We even went to gymnastics class which was a NIGHTMARE this week. Kaiden SCREAMED at the top of her lungs for almost the entire class until I said ok enough we will try again next week. Kenedi cried a lot too but just because Kaiden was upset. I had them sit on my lap and watch from the window and as soon as Kenedi saw them heading over to the bar she looked up at me and said I go do my class now and was off like Carl Lewis!
We met Staci and Jason at the mall today to drop off Jordan and shop and play. We of course rode the caurosel.
Here's Jason enjoying the shopping experience with 5 girls!

After some chicken nuggets for Kaiden and a cheeseburger for Kenedi we headed off for our first visit to Build a Bear. Here is Miss Serious taking it all in!

Kenedi's adding her bear's heart!
Kaiden's stuffing her bear!
Bath time...
Kaiden's turn...

Sweet face...
There's my girl :)
And my other girl....
Making birthcertificates.... Kaiden's name is Cookie because I asked her what's your favorite and before I could say anything else she said, "COOKIE!!
Kenedi's bear is named Jordie after her new buddy Jordan!
Two happy girls with their new bears!

Gymnastics- Take 2
Tomorrow is our second gymnastics class. I found cheap little leotards at Target and I just had to get them. Here is a preview for tomorrow-

Ok, before you look at the picture below, I have to tell you a story. Kristin always takes a million pictures. She is NEVER without her camera and she always gets the best shots of her kids and everyone elses. She always tells the kids, "Hey I have a birdie on my head" and they all look at her and have the cutest expressions on thier faces. So, tonight I am trying to get a picture of the girls together and they weren't paying attention to me at all so I remembered to birdie trick. This is the picture it got..............................

Not the one I was looking for but it was worth the try right? Anyother tricks Kristin?? :)

Happy Father's Day, Daddy!
We celebrated Father's Day yesterday actually so that's why I already have pictures up!! We had breakfast in bed... doughnuts. What Daddy wouldn't love to have donuts served to him in bed? I think Kenedi and Kaiden ate more than he did!
Waiting for Daddy to some see his presents. Kenedi gave him the toolbox and Kaiden the hose roller (is that's what it's called?)
From Mommy.. It was so yummy too!!

Happy Father's Day to all the Daddies out there! Especially to my Daddy and my Daddy in law :) We love you Grandad and Big Sid!!

Kaiden's First Haircut
Well I finally broke down and got Kaiden's hair cut today. It really needed to be evened out but I was soooo scared I was going to lose her curls. I would get anxiety every time I thought about it!! I always told her when she would be sad that Kenedi had such long hair and could have ponytails and braids that she had CURLS!!
She wasn't excited about this at all! HA!! She couldn't wait. She was so excited. "I'm big like Kenedi now!" "Whoa, I need a hair cut." She is so drama!
Well here is before:
In action:
All in all I am very pleased! Kenedi's is super shiny and fresh looking! We will see tonight during bath time how straight her hair is but I am so thrilled to know that Kaiden still has lots of curls! It's actually a lot curlier than the picture because she blow dried it. We just got back from the swimming pool and it's super curly! YEAH!!
Sorry Grandad that's as short as I could go this time :)

Gymnastics
The girls had their first gymnastics class today. They barely made the cut off for Mighty Munchkins so they were able to be in class without Mommy!! This is huge for moms of multiples because almost every place requires one parent per child for all their fun classes.
Can't you see the excitement on their faces ? HA!
Yes, they are twins!!
Their class... They are the youngest in the class all the others are 3. The teachers were asking them all kinds of questions and Kaiden kept looking at them like they were crazy.
Circle time for warm up.
Enjoy the video below. (Please ignore the moms discussing planning what month they want their kids born in and how both of her kids are birth control babies) WHATEVER!!
Please note her early exit. The potty was calling :)
