My Little Turkey's

Today the girls had their Thanksgiving program at school. They only go on Monday's but the school always invites them to come and participate in the special days and programs. I think they are trying to convince Jeff and I to send them more than one day a week and in my eyes it's totally working!! I should have made Jeff come today because I think he would have changed his mind too!! Anyways, since they only go on Monday's they don't go to music class which is on Thursday and Friday. So, as you guessed the program was a singing program and they have never met the music teacher. I was VERY interested to see what was going to GO DOWN!! They were so cute. I took a ton of pictures most of which didn't turn out because they had the lights on the kids only and dark over the parents hoping they wouldn't see us. NOPE didn't work at all. Kaiden spotted me right way and was really happy to see me!! The look on her face is priceless. And yes, I wanted to run up there and kiss her face. Kenedi was too busy working on her 2 year molars to notice me!! They stayed up there the entire time and at the end Kaiden even tried to participate. We had a family feast with the entire school and had a really great time.
Enjoy!!

Friday Night Lights

Ok, it was really Saturday afternoon but you get the point!! We went to the Lufkin vs Conroe football game today. Those of you that don't know, Daddy played for Lufkin back (waaay back) in the day!! Mommy also had ties to the game as she taught a lot of the kiddos on the Conroe team. So, the deal was the girls wore Lufkin shirts but sat on the Conroe side. Fair huh?

Well Lufkin stomped them. You would have to either live in Lukfin or know someone from there to understand the town. It's just bizarre!! It's in the middle of NOWHERE and they have everything you could imagine except for a decent mall. But they churn out division one athletes like candy there!! It's truly crazy. Although the boy sports are great the girls sports are pitiful so after having twin GIRLS the likely hood of us moving there is slim to NONE. Except if Big Sid wins the lottery and trust me he PLAYS the lottery like no other person I know. Right Big Sid?

Well here are the pics... This is Kaiden ready to go. This is her new favorite place to pose!!

Kaiden loved watching the game. She really was into it!! Kenedi said, "we were at a football game? Football? I don't see a football" Seriously, she could have cared less. She climbed and climbed and the told me "go." She wanted to leave the stands. SO, she ran and ran and said hi to anyone who would look at her!! She thought it was great. See her BACK is to the game. We got Hannah and Zack to turn around for a pic!!

While we were away...

There are a few highlights of the things you missed when I wasn't being a good blogger!! I am going to be better I promise!!

We went to Galveston in SEPTEMBER!! oops!! Grandma, Grandad, Uncle Christopher, Aunt Kimberly and us all headed south and had a great time!! The condo had a nice pool for Daddy and Kaiden to show off their floating skills.
Mommy and the girls are ready for the beach!!

Grandma and Grandad let Mommy and Daddy sleep in so the girls spent the night with them and they took them our for pancakes and even shared some with the seagulls!
Watch out Bo Derrek!!

We tried for that great family photo!!

Of course Grandma was prepared with indoor activities for the girls!! Nekkid painting!!

And she brought new clothes too!! America's Next Top Models!!

Work it Kenedi!!

We had TONS of fun!!

Happy Halloween!!

Ok so it's been WAY to long!! Sorry. I have been extremely busy lately!! Hopefully it will slow down soon!! I promise to back track and get you all caught up!! You will see why I have been MIA!!

So, we have had a blast with Halloween this year!! The girls were ballerina fairies or something like that. We just threw a costume together based on the skirts and crowns the girls got for Christmas last year from Nonnie and Papa Scott!! So, with Grandma's help we added a pink leotard and tights as well as wings, cute shoe covers and of course a wand!!

Here they are!!

Zack (aka Buzz Light year) and Hannah (aka fairy princess) joined us for dinner
and trick or treating. All 4 of them had a BLAST!! They walked forever and never wanted to be carried. They loved saying thank you to everyone. Zack rang the doorbell and said trick or treat and then all 4 of them said "thank you." It was their favorite part!! They were really cute!!

After we got back to the house the kiddos were so thirsty begging for water. So, the kids are drinking water and the adults are digging through their bags like rabid dogs looking for their favorite kinds. Candy was flying all over as we were trading etc. We decided to let the kids have some since they were just looking at us like we had lost our minds. It was cute. So, after all that excitement you would think they would have slept in HAHAHA yeah right VERY wishful thinking!!Wednesday morning the girls went to school for their fall festival. They let them go an extra day since they are the only kids that come on Monday only. Her they are in their school shirt!! They wear these on special days!! So, today they went to a pumpkin patch, had their faces painted, frosted their own pumpkin cookies, went to story time and a puppet show. They had a blast!! They love school and Mrs. Kathy "Khaki" as they call her!!
