More Christmas Catch up

Here are some more pictures from Christmas!

Santa sure was good to us this year! We got bikes, a basketball goal and Robin Hood and The Jungle Book (that we have watched no less than 50 times since Christmas).
Who needs to learn how to pedal when you have a sister willing to push you?
I LOVE MY BIKE!!

Grandma and Grandad went to Chicago and kept seeing all these ladies carrying around American Girl bags. They thought they were missing out on a great clothing store for the girls. Well it turns out that is was a FIVE story DOLL store. Needless to say they each got a doll that looks like them as well as several outfit changes!! If you come over be prepared to dress dolls!!

One outfit was a dance costume that came with dance shoes and pom poms!!
Hard at work on final details of a cute outfit!! This outfit reminds me of something the girls would wear.
Kenedi LOVES dolls and babies and this one was no exception!!Christmas eve presents. Check out those shoes with her PJ's!!

Pancakes and PJ's

The girls had an "extra" day of school this week. It was pajama and pancake day at school. They wore their Annie and June "Little Einsteins" pajamas. They looked super cute as you can see. Kaiden was very concerned that we were putting PJs on instead of our school clothes. She kept telling me "NO Mommy school" and then going over to the drawer where I keep her school clothes. I finally convinced her to put them on when I told her that Mrs. Kathy was wearing her pajamas to school today too. She thought that was funny but luckily bought it!!

Santa's plate of yummy goodness!! The next morning Kenedi saw the plate and said, "Oh no Santa!" Then she ate them!!
And the children were nestled all snug in their beds............

The Most Wonderful Time of Year

This is why I LOVE Christmas because of the magic it brings to everyone but especially children. Before I had my own kids I taught and I always loved this time of year because it was just... magical!!

I told the girls to count 1 ...2 ....3.... and then I hit the switch!! They thought it was great and wanted to do it over and over. Kenedi would try and count and Kaiden (as you will see) just yelled OH NO OH NO OH NO!!

Enjoy!!

My Little Turkey's

Today the girls had their Thanksgiving program at school. They only go on Monday's but the school always invites them to come and participate in the special days and programs. I think they are trying to convince Jeff and I to send them more than one day a week and in my eyes it's totally working!! I should have made Jeff come today because I think he would have changed his mind too!! Anyways, since they only go on Monday's they don't go to music class which is on Thursday and Friday. So, as you guessed the program was a singing program and they have never met the music teacher. I was VERY interested to see what was going to GO DOWN!! They were so cute. I took a ton of pictures most of which didn't turn out because they had the lights on the kids only and dark over the parents hoping they wouldn't see us. NOPE didn't work at all. Kaiden spotted me right way and was really happy to see me!! The look on her face is priceless. And yes, I wanted to run up there and kiss her face. Kenedi was too busy working on her 2 year molars to notice me!! They stayed up there the entire time and at the end Kaiden even tried to participate. We had a family feast with the entire school and had a really great time.
Enjoy!!
